1. Standard Shipping timeline is anywhere between 2-10 business days.
Kindly note that shipping timeline may vary during sales events, holidays and extreme weather conditions.
2. A charge of INR 100 is applicable on all orders below INR 999.
Please note that shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
3. Innisfree reserves the right to cancel, delay, or recall the order from delivery of the Products, if any fraud is suspected.
4. Innisfree shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, or containing any other incorrect information/technical glitches at any time before the dispatch of the products. In such a case, the customer will be notified and refund shall be processed in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy where payment has been made by the Customer.
5. Innisfree will make 2 (attempts to deliver the Product after which the order will be cancelled and notification to the same effect shall be sent to the Customer. Innisfree will refund the charged amount on the Order after deducting the shipping charges.
