1. How can I find the products I am looking for in the website?

You can find the product by searching keyword or by navigating category of product.
If you're not sure which products suits you best, check out inni skin finder page.

 

2. What are the ingredients in your product?

You can find the information on product description page.

 

3. How come we cannot buy some products that are already issued in Korea?

Please kindly understand even there are some products available in Korea, product issue schedule can be different among regions due to their own export, custom policy and shipping schedule.

Online Ordering

1.How do I order online?
Add products to your order by selecting a product and quantity and click on add to cart.

Your total order amount will show in your shopping cart, you can click on ‘view bag & continue shopping’ to view the items in your cart.

When you click on check out simply log into your account (if you have one) or continue to check out as a guest and fill in your shipping and billing information and press submit order.

After we process your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. 

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paytm, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, Kotak Pay, Itz Cash, UPI, Sodexo and all other payment options available on RazorPay.

 

3. Where can I purchase Innisfree products?

You can purchase our products both online and in select retail stores. Online: www.innisfreeindia.com

In Store: Innisfree Retail Outlets, Nykaa Luxe, Nykaa Ontrend, Boddess, Lifestyle.

 

4.The product I want is ‘temporarily out of stock, will it be available again?

 We suggest you subscribe to our emails to ensure you are getting first-access to all new products, promotions and news. You can also register to get notified if an out of stock product comes back in stock.

 

5. Do you offer any gift certificates or promotional codes?

If you haven't already signed up for our emails – please do! We will keep you informed about our latest launches, promotions and deals. We are always having promotions and deals to help you get the most value from your purchase.

 

6. Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Promotional codes are limited to one code per order. All promo codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Innisfree reserves the right to change or cancel offers and promotion codes at any time.

If you are having issues when using promo codes, please be sure your order meets the qualifications and that the offer code is still valid. If it is still not working, please contact us on cs_in@in.innisfree.com

 7. How can I review my order history?

You can review your order history by logging into your account on www.innisfreeindia.com and clicking on your profile. 

 

Shipping, Returns & Delivery

1.Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India.Please check shipping availability by entering your pin-code during checkout or 

 

2. When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?

After the order is confirmed, we dispatch your order within 2-3  working days. Once the order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number along with estimated delivery date. 

 

3. Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

If you have made any error while placing your order or need to make any changes to your order, please email us at cs_in@in.innisfree.com t the earliest. We will take all efforts to ensure that the correct order is delivered to you.

 4. How do I check the status of an order?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your ‘junk’ folder.

You can also go on our website www.innisfreeindia.com and put in your order number to track your order. 

If you still didn’t receive an email with tracking information, please contact us on cs_in@in.innisfree.com

 5. What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied, please write to us on cs_in@in.innisfree.com within 5 days of your purchase.


 6. How do I return my unused product?

If the product you have received is damaged, expired or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at cs_in@in.innisfree.com in order to start the return process

 7. How do I get a refund for my returned order?

Once you have requested for a refund, our executive will arrange for a pickup of the returnable items.

 

8. Can I return a product I did not purchase from Innisfree Website?

As our policy, you can only return the products which you have purchased from our website i.e. www.innisfreeindia.com

 

9.Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship in India only. 

 

Settings & Security

1.Will my emails or inquiries always be answered?

We will try our best to respond to your inquiries on the day that we receive them within 2 days. However, responses may be delayed on Friday afternoons, Mondays, or when we receive a lot of inquiries.

 2. I cannot access the website due to a temporary error that appears on the screen.

It may be a temporary problem. Try it again after a while. If the problem continues, please contact us.
